5.5.1 issue

I think they fixed the latest version on the server. I reflashed with 5.5.1.005.release-osmio4kplus-213e99c9 and now the plugins and updates are accessible.

I do not think so: "-213e99c9" version is the culprit.
previous "-0e5b11d6" version is working. maybe you are still on this version.
