The problem is in the image 009, not in the plugin.

Ok install (new image OBH 5.3.009) and (XtraEvent plugin) and you will identify the problem

Hello @Ev0 thanks for reply I have installed new image OBH 5.3.009, but when I installed XtraEvent plugin, It did not appear in the plugins list and I can’t use manual install ipk packages. I used standard skin.
