Now I use Unicable.
Just searching on CHATGPT you will find that this is a known problem with unicable.
The best thing would be for OpenBh to regulate that when frequency and polarization are the same, other turners should be used.
Have now tested recording multiple channels at the same time:
Same frequency and polarization - recording does not work
Same frequency and different polarization - recording works
Apparently there is a conflict when the polarization is the same.
Is it due to the microwave head or the software...
Have now tested other software and they behave the same way.
The first microwave head that I bought was
GT-Sat GT S3dCSS which did not work at all.
Black box all the time.
Bought DUR-line UK 124-3L which worked immediately and with good SNR approx. 83%.
Could it be the microwave head that is not...
It still doesn't work properly.
If I record a channel that I'm watching, I can then switch to another channel on the same transponder. OK.
If I then switch to another transponder and change the previous one that I'm recording on, an error occurs.
Now to what I can do to go back to the channels...
Shouldn't OpenBh choose a different receiver than the one you're recording on
even if the recording and the channel you're watching are on the same transponder?
If they are on different transponders, a different receiver is chosen and then there will be no problems.
After reflash, receiver B appeared.
Still problems when making a recording and watching a channel that is on the same transponder.
I have version 5.5.1.001.
Maybe I should update to 5.5.1.011?
This is how I started my setup and how I have it configured now.
Watching channels no problem.
Recording channels no problem.
but
recording a channel and watching other channels problems watching.
When recording, it shows at the bottom right which receivers are used.
Then another strange thing...
I may have misunderstood what tuner B is.
I saw on the back that tuner A was on the right and B on the left.
I thought that tuner B during setup was the second cable connection on tuner A.
I only have one tuner in A.
Should tuner B be removed during installation?
Now I need to get a rundown of...
Have now tried with a splitter.
No change.
It seems that tuner B is not connected.
It does not appear in several recordings at the bottom right.
If I record two channels at the same time, shouldn't tuner A and B be selected?
Recordings seem to work but it is when I want to watch channels that...
I have tried as you have said and also as the pictures show but not with a splitter connected.
I have a splitter so I will test and see if there is any change
That's how I have it configured.
Still it doesn't work.
Can a splitter help so B gets its own connection?
I haven't configured it that way.
I have F,G,H, I have it for A.
Now I'm confused.
Two different ones.
I've read that B and all the others should be connected to A?
Can't get this to work.
I've tried different frequencies but it doesn't help.
Must be that OpenBh is not handling this correctly?
I play a channel and OpenBh selects A
Then I watch another channel that is on the same transponder.
Shouldn't OpenBh select B?
As I see in the info in the box, A is...
