BBC Channels in Spain

I live in Spain, Alicante region, and I would very much like to watch live, and also and download, Wimbledon tennis broadcasts. I cannot watch BBC channels anymore because of the frequency changes some time ago. BBC iPlayer won't allow downloads (anymore). ITV mainly shows world cup broadcasts but unfortunately, not tennis.

Has anyone got a solution?

For recording live events I do it (rarely) on the pc if I have to, just need a working playlist and VLC.
I don't know if VLC for enigma2 has the same functionality, I have never used it.

They moved the feeds for bbc package on 27.5w to 15w a few months ago.

In your location I am guessing you would need atleast a 1.2m or poss even 1.8m to get a good signal from 28.2E

I believe that bbc is also broadcast on 13E using the Kabelio package so that might be an easier option for you to receive both BBC and ITV aswell as channel 4 and 5 (sorry no idea if they are SD or HD though), viewing card and cams can be found on amazon.
