Is there a control screen available (for adjusting the TV) in the OBH?
If not, is it possible to " download" it somewhere?

Please provide more detail, of what you wish to adjust.
Do you mean the On Screen Display poisition?
Menu, Setup, User Interface, On Screen Display, OSD position.
For general picture display Setup, Audio & Video, Video Enhancement.

Or are you trying to get the remote control to also operate your television?

That's a basic test card.
I'm still not certain what exactly you require.
The On Screen Display, OSD Position, option, might be what you require, but I'm still not 100% sure.

Thanks for your reply.
I mean some kind of test image, to set up the TV (contrast, saturation ect)
Setting according to youtube with TV, it is not the same as via OpenBH.
