Cron job does not work in OpenBH 5.3.

Cron job does not work in OpenBH 5.3.
Applies to both Zero4K and AB Pulse 4K Mini.
Is there a way to enable cron job in 5.3?
In OpenBH 5.2 it works plug and play.
