Disappearing transponder

HI.
MY box VU+ Uno 4k SE/ OpenBlackhole 5.07
I have strange behave on one transponder. Satellite 13e - transponder 11508; V; 27500; 3/4
When I check signal is zero but it sometimes says is 60% - is just like flash. Nothing, nothing, nothing - boom is for 1 sec. and again nothing for another few minutes.
I check with other image (OpenATV 7) is same, but in OATV I have much weaker signal on all transponders (why?).
I download the latest transponder list (http://satellites-xml.org/) as my box do not support blind scan.
Any ideas why this transponder disappearing? And only that one. On both different image.

What are the chanels on that transponder?

It really does not stop being strange that the indication is 11503 when it is 11508 > Duo 4K with OBH 5.0.007...

But it's opening well.
