Duo4K RAM memory issue ?

For Me is this problem with Duo4K RAM Memory. Total memory: 567 ...kB ???? WTF? What is this value?
Features: 4GB eMMC / 2GB LPDDR4 - Duo4K
This value is same for more images .I tested VTi, OBH, BH, OpenaTV - same value.
Can someone upload or Write Yours parametres of memory? Is this for a claim? Thank´s for help.

So this information is from your Duo4K and I can be happy.
RAMs are OK. Out of 2 GB of RAM, it shows a total of 570 XXX kB ?
Its right? I not see in uncle Google.:fie:

Because the Stb's haven't a graphic card and other dedicated hw so the hardware memory have to me mapped for video and other functions.
For this reason user system memory is only a part of total physical memory.

I tried to see if the STB is not broken, or a RAM memory defect in production, or something wrong with STB .
