[EpgListGrid] correctly display "epg/RecordEvent.png"
When recording-start-margin config option is zero allow recordings that start up to 20 seconds after the program boundary to still produce matchType in (2, 3). This allows correct display of "epg/RecordEvent.png" when multiple recodings are programmed to start at the same instant.
