hdmi cec plugin, can't find it

Good morning, I have a vu+ solo2, I have always used blackhole image.
today I wanted to change, I installed the latest version of OpenBh 5.5.1, I must say it's fantastic,, but I didn't find the HDMI-CEC plugin or a similar plugin that is used to turn off the TV when the decoder is off or in standby.
is it possible to solve this little problem? or find the plugin to install it manually? (I searched online but I didn't find anything valid or compatible with this image)
