How to install the picon ipk file

I have a picon ipk file for 0.8W. (Allente - Satellite TV company)
I see that there are already OpenBh Picons Packages for 0.8W.
If I want to install the picon ipk file where should I copy it to for the directory.
How do I then open it?
Does it appear under the OpenBh Picons Packages menu?
Maybe not necessary when it is already preinstalled for the 0.8W that I use.
 
copy it to your tmp folder in route then from remote control
Press Green Button
Press Yellow Button
scroll down to Manual Install install ipk packages and press OK on remote
 
Do I need to select it from a menu like I have to when installing softcam?
Does it appear as a choice in the "OpenBh Picons Packages" submenu and select it there?
 
Should I save the Softcam ipk file in the /var/volatile/tmp directory?
The Picon ipk file in the /tmp directory.
Why different places?
