is it possible to use Hub TV with Open Black Hole? What do i have to do to use it? It don´t start with the red button on my duo2.

Not Hub TV but HbbTV ,
From what I know at the moment does not work in most on Pli-based images , also not in Open BH image.
You can use BH image.
MyTube TV and HbbTV working.

In Open BlackHole is activated by default, you only have to be positioned on a service that have hbbtv broadcasting.
