Its possible that this plugin works?. I have tried all but not possible to install.

yes it works
install dreamsat panel

wget -q "--no-check-certificate" http://ipkinstall.ath.cx/ipk-install/DreamSatPanel/installer.sh  -O - | /bin/sh

then install IPAudio from there : menu=>dreamsat panel => media : and you'll find different version (ffmpeg, pro ...)
to install just click "ok" to check it then click "green" to install

i tried to install on octagon and say:
