Is this website a scam

These are questions that shouldn't even be asked, as far as sponsors are concerned if you really don't want to see them: you can choose anonymous browsing from broswear
 
You have to be registered, on the forum, to download an image, you don't have to visit the sponsors, as far as I'm aware, you just have to wait, about 30 seconds, for the download link, to show up.
You might have to close the advertisement, to see the link, depending on your browser, and browser settings.
