after reboot, the box is stuck in "starting enigma2..." screen !
downloaded openbh-5.1.011.release-osmio4kplus-afce790e from download menu and installed, but same scenario !
any suggestion for updating this image now and in the future ?

Can you post a debug or crashlog so we can see what the issue is ?

the process of rebooting is stopped in "starting enigma2.." splash screen, so the is no way to connect to the box before the initial settings.

Try removing the power from the box. Then remove any usb devices and the internet connection. Power up the box and see if it will boot with nothing connected to it except the hdmi cable and the power cable.

osmio is wifi connected, and needs it for online update...

I don't think you will be doing many online updates if the box does not finish booting!
So let's try wording this a different way. Remove any cables or usb devices that are connected to the box and reboot. The only two cables the box should have for this test is the hdmi cable and the power cable. (Wireless internet connection doesn't count.)

H7 has been divided into two areas, the first partition is openbh-5.1.011, and the second partition atv7.1, received 98 online updates on the 29th. After the update, it got stuck when it started to 49. There is a way to switch directly. To the second partition, can you use the command to backup and restore it, thank you, if you re-usb the partition will restore to the original four partitions

Now it's just stuck at 49, the dcc network access is normal, the command is no problem, there is a way to restore the backup with the command, thank you

Seems several changes were made around 9 days ago. Multiboot.py was one of the changed files. Replacing Multiboot.py with an earlier version of the same file may make it work correctly again.
