MX HQ7 for manual Install

To start with OBH skins you need to install this skin manually
until section for direct download from the Open Black Hole image is ready.

Copy/FTP file to /tmp

Install manual

Green button >> yellow button >> Manual Install Bh packges

After Install you can activate skin
from the Skin panel in the System Menu.

This skin is only for Open Black Hole image.

I do not use Multiboot, the problem is not known to me.
Try to use in openspa skin with the same format 1920 x 1080.

So I can not help , OBH image is flash image and not USB.
