Plugin section... EMPTY

It was a while I didn't need to install any new plugins. Today I wanted to try the AI subs but I found out that the plugin section isn't populated by the usual sections.
I obviously tried and restart the box but without success. Is it a temporary issue with OpenBH servers? Or how can I fix it?
I have Ultimo4K and 5.4.1.010 installed. Thanks.
 
Already done. I also checked the feeds.conf file and the opkg.conf. But nothing appears among the plugins.
They are present only by the webif, ma this is normal, I read.
