In OBH 4.x you can finally also schedule your backups (FULL ones and personal ones) either storing them in local devices or in a NAS.
I recommend to schedule it as a daily job so to be able to get back to any situation in the past in case a plugin or a skin causes crashes.
And consider, also, that OBH FullBackup allows you to "flash" your boxes by its backups without even having to copy it and unzipping to a flash stick and having to stand up from your chair...
OBH Backup will reflash from the device you chose in its configuration.
