Problem with virtual keyboard

Hi, using OBH 4.2 on solo 4k I've a problem with virtual keyboard:
for example while seeing EPG, if I want to make a search pressing Yellow button "new Search", the virtual keyboard appears but is impossibile to interact with it and is impossible close it.
Only way to use VU again, is off/on on the back
I think, but I can't remeber well, the problem is not present on previous version and sure not in BH
Only for me the problem? Some help?

Which EPG version are you using?
You can also re-boot your VU+ receiver by holding down the power button, for 10-30 seconds, I can't recall how long.

I don't know the version of epg, but the problem is the same with embedded epg or using "cool tv guide plugin". If I remember well, I found the problem in other situation than EPG, but sure that there's no problem, for example, renaming a movie: in this case the keyboard works fine.
I've alredy tried to let power down for some minutes but no result

Personally I bought a cheap, USB, keyboard, as I use Kodi quite a lot, and the OK button, on my remote, is getting difficult, so instead of taking the remote apart, and because I found a keyboard easier, than the virtual keyboard, I bought a cheap, small, esynic, USB keyboard, that you re-charge, along with an extended USB cable.

I have no problem with Epg search (remote) and virtual kayboard with EPG panel in OBH image.

I have no external addons/plugins for Epg .

Tested with OBH 4.2 and all updates Ultimo 4K

I don't have any problems but I don't use CoolTvguide because it's to kitsch for my tastes.
You could try the normal MultigraphicEPG.

I tried with an other installation of OBH 4.2 and the problem is not present (also using cool tv guid plugin)-
I am not able to understand why, but something wrong ot corrupted in my installation,maybe because of me ....
Problem solved with fresh installation

Hi, I'm here again.
I found out that the problem was not present in version release-4.2.001. Upgrading to version 4.2.025 the problem with virtual keyboard exist: not only using EPG but for example trying to rename imgIMG in OMB plugin. I noticed that the graphic of virtual keyboard is slightly different and now the name is "Tastiera virtuale" (in italian).
Only for me the problem?
