Problems by restoring settings backup

Hi, I've updated my OBH 5.1 to 5.3 but I couldn't restore the settings that I previously backed up ("file not compatible with this image version").
So I flashed again the 5.1, to get my settings again ... Surprise: again the message "file not compatible with this image version", although I've made the backup with the 5.1 version ...
Does anybody have an idea?
 
Maybe it was a corrupted backup file. I've tried again with a new backup (but new settings, the old were gone :mad:) and it worked by 5.3.
