Rai 4 K

I Solo 4K and 0.6, and HD Cam and card Tivusat but I can not see 4K Rai, with other image you see perfectly, even on other forums complain of thing. Suggestions? It seems that with 0.4 channel see.
 
I confirm: with 0.4 it was to watch Rai4K with an official Tivusat cam and card HD whilst 0.6 isn't.
