Having a play with the new image and i really like it. Struggling to get the SoftCSA to function. Any ideas? I know that the cam, and necessary fies work as i have tested them on another image. Can't seem to get them to work on OBH5.6.

Any help would be appriciated
 
Need a bit more info i'm afraid.

What is the issue exactly?, did you install 5.6.003 or later clean, or online update from an earlier version?, which box?, which oscam version?, what channel list?, have you removed the whitelist_streamrelay?, what settings are you using in menu - setup -softcam manager - softcsa settings?

I am using a :
VU Solo2
oscam-emu 1.30 from the feed
ciefp-motor from the feed

yes removed whitelist file from Enigma2

SoftCSA settings are:
quick
Auto
800 ms

is that enough?

did you install 5.6.003 or later clean, or online update from an earlier version?

yes, fresh usb install of 5.6.004.

when i go to channels on 19.2e that use softcsa, i can see that the line clears but the screen remains black.
 
make sure libdvbcsa library is installed.

Code: 
opkg install libdvbcsa

Then restart Enigma2.

What settings need to be configured?

1. Deactivate StreamRelay for affected channels
Select the channel in the channel list ? "Play channels without StreamRelay"
Or: Delete / rename the file /etc/enigma2/whitelist_streamrelay

2. Adjust OSCam configuration
section In the [dvbapi] of oscam.conf :

Then restart oscam.
 
thanks mate, i think there is missing info in the oscam files. will sort that and hopefully that will work.
