Translations and source files listed along with plugins, today

After the last update, under Black Hole Feeds Plugins section, there are many plugins listed along with theirs .po and .src files.
Is this intentional or is it a bug?

For instance, I see
audiosync
audiosync.po
audiosync.src

For some there is only the source (and the plugin itself, of course).
