tuner problems 5.011

hi, when I install the channel settings I have in obh version 5.011, it does not open any channel. All satellites are deleted in the tuner settings. I can't add a new satellite. How can I solve the problem?

change the satellites.xml file encoding type to UTF-8

the problem is not solved. I made utf-8 and it didn't work. Do I need to make any other settings?

Go here: http://satellites-xml.org/

tick the options you need (ku only, or ku and cband), select all sats or go to the next page and select only the ones you need.

tick UTF-8, enter the code in the captcha box and download a new satellites.xml

Upload it to /etc/tuxbox then reboot the box.

After reboot set your tuners up again.

Or download the xmlupdate plugin from the systemplugins section on the feeds.
