Update from 5.1.012 to .013 get stuck

I've two VU+ and I updated by telnet or GUI both a Duo2 or a Ultimo4K from 5.1.012 to .013 (as I've done hunderds of times before) but the process result in a box stuck at "Starting GUI" screen in Ultimo4K.
I've tried many times with the same result. I cannot attach the
