hi have zero 4k running open blackhole when restarting box gui disappears ! can get to it through open webif but have to reset factory settings to get it back !! any ideas happens on obh and blackhole. thanks

channels are there but no gui ! can see menus on webif but not on tv

Not on the webif!!!! otherwise you can't understand what's going on in the box!
If I say: "Press MENU", I mean on the remote, of course!
Because if you don't see anything, it might be burnt the video card or the HDMI port.
