Why Are Skins Very Much The Same?

Hi first of all can i point out that iappreciate all the hard work and time that goes into the skins available.I just wondered why all skins for openblackhole and blackhole are very much the same.Why do they have two clocks on first infobar and maybe not the date?
 
Maybe you don't use the 2nd infobar.
In OBH is also possible to set a different behaviour between 1st and 2nd infobar: for instance, I set a small amount of time for the 1st and no timeout for the 2nd; this allows you to have it permanently displayed just pressing OK twice. Pressing OK for the 3rd time, it'll disappear.
