Best audio settings

Hi guys,
I have an issue with audio on OBH 5.xx . When i choose downmix for the first choice i can barely hear the voice and when i passthrough it becomes too higher and noisy. Any suggestions for best settings please?
 
Try enabling Auto volume level.

This "should" make the difference between passthrough and downmix a similar audio level.
