Dream Explorer isn't working.

I cannot find Dreamexplorer on Open Black Hole 5.6.008 feeds. Where is it? Or better yet, provide a link to where you downloaded Dreamexplorer. Thanks.
 
I installed Dreamexplorer 7.7 externally as an .ipk file; it is not included in the image's plugins.

There are no issues with the Open BH 6.0 image; dreamexplorer is included and working.
