Hello
Its been few days since i'm testing Edision Mio 4k+ and here is some impressions
First of all i hawe to tell that the speed on this box is great.
Ewrithing works realy fast,ZAP betewen the menus, opening plugins and other menus.Remote is very responsif when you touch nedded button to open some menu
Compared to PULSe Mini and Octagon sf8008 this difernce in speed is obvious, but not to forget that here we hawe Dual Core ARM 1.5 GHz and 2GB DDR4 2400Mhz wich realy makes diference
In the front there is OLED Disaplay and mybe thing that missing in the back is switch off/on button
Of course you two usb slots that supports 2.0 and 3.0 sppeds
Tuner is DVB-S2X and you hawe also DVB-C/T2
Tuner on the other side comparing to PULSe and VU+ showing i think biger walues.
For ex.
PULSe Pink HD 49%
Pink HD Vu+ 70%
Pink HD Mio+ 4k 80%
Mio 4k+ has small modern dizain on Aluminium wich is good for overhiting
Remote has good dizain and feels good in hands you could achive all the needed buttons, tought still i preferd number buttons up and colored buttons down
Blindsan works perfectly
Blindscan Eutelsat 16e in 3.50min 700 chanles find-it
HbbTV works also
Iptv works fine, tought on some chanles there is spiners but team is fixing that problem
Kodi works good
Satellit part chanels SD FHD and UHD are correct. Picture is ok depending of course of your television set and your point of view
Multistream is supported(did not tested yet)
Multiboot suported 4slots
Advantages:
Two Tuners
Integrated Wifi
Good Fast Procesor
Support lot of teams
Good Remote
Good Price
Disadvantages:
No Switch Off/On button on tha back of the box
No CI/CI+
Heating(not extreme but you could feel diference)
Just to tell i hawe read from one of my forum frends that this box has get very good verdict and get place juste behind Vu+ Dreambox and Technisat stb's,same place with GigaBlue and in front of the rest Enigma2 stb's
Stay tuned for OBH Image
