No problem. But you wrote: "Looking forward to a new forum" that means: "I'm looking forward...", as you are searching for another new forum.
If, instead, you meant: "I was looking forward" is a completely different story. But, you know, usually if you cut some words you don't cut away "I was" (never, actually) but "I am". Otherwise the meaning completely changes.
