Help for Oscam on Solo 4K

I have never used oscam before and finding it hard going so far, I haven't found anything that gives full install/setup info so any help would be welcome.
I downloaded what is supposed to be latest oscam for arm/solo 4K but the files just have names like "osca 11278 ARM" and I can't find out what to do with them.
I found an oscam file with an .ipk extension and it seemed to install OK on the box but nothing is showing up in the 'OBH blue panel'.
Used cccam2oscam to generate oscam files and put them in /etc/tuxbox/config/
