HELP - most channels freeze periodically but not on recordings?

I am so tired of periodically freezes on a lot of channels. It happens when watching directly 'live' programs.
When I record programs from the very same channels there are no freezes or glitches?
I have been using BH 3.1 i guess (latest image from 2020).

Is this kind of problem prevalent and well known for other users than me?

I don't have such problem.
What decoder are you talking about?
BH 3.1 is quite outdated, time to update maybe?

Have tried several images. Just changed to OpenBH 5.3.012 but the problem persist.

I am using a VU+ Uno 4K SE

I have tried using both CCcam and OSCAM without any help....
