No picture at 2160p setting

VU+ duo 4K SE.
What is wrong when I get no picture at 2160p setting. Only sound.
Only works with 1080p.
Have other devices that send 4K to TV without problems.
I have Black Hole 3.1
 
What about upgrading the image? 4K wasn't even probably supported with 3.1, it jurassic.

I have tried to get help on how to install softcam for OpenBh 5.0 and later but have not received any answer.
The problem when I install softcam is that it does not appear in the menu to select.
The only thing that works is to install OpenBh 4.4 as it works. All later versions do not have softcam in the list for selection.
 
I think you didn't get any answers because they don't like much to discuss about oscam in this forum, you're probably better off asking somewhere else where those arguments are more accepted.
 
Try differnt versions till you find the one that installs correctly. I used a oscam-emu but don't remember what version number that was.

What TV do you have ?

Even OpenBh 4.4 is much newer than BH 3.10

Most of the ipk files that are posted are not packaged correctly to detect openbh for some reason they seem to think that Bh and OpenBh are the same (which they are not).

We have softcams in our feeds, so just install those.

Ok so the tv supports 2160p 50/60hz, so that isn't the issue.

Are you using an HDMI 2.0 cable ?

Do you have the tv set to enable 4K deep colour (not sure what the setting is called on the B6 model) ?

Have you tried enabling the "Disable HDMI EDID check" in OpenBh ?

Got it working.
How do I make the channel change faster when changing by selecting a number.
The channel appears for a while first in the picture.
When selecting a channel Up/Down goes quickly because the channel does not appear in the picture first.
