No power EXCEPT for flashing front LED

Hi all,
My Ultimo 4K has stopped powering on properly?

The receiver is getting power but the front LED white circle is the ONLY thing that shows? I can gear a rapid clicking noise from the main board that seems to correspond with the rapid flasing of the LED?

Any ideas or is my receiver a "brick"?

If you're lucky, the power supply is damaged. If you're unlucky, the motherboard might be damaged. If you insert a FAT32 USB stick with the operating system and turn the box back on, what happens?
Hdd is Okay?

HDD does not power up ... got a new power supply and everything else is fine. Will try an external HDD now.

I would suggest that the ON/OFF switch on the rear panel of the housing is dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it with an electrical contact cleaner, or replace it with a new one if necessary. This is a common problem with Vu+ tuners.
