Your information is to short.
We need more information, as:
- STB Model
- Image used in flash
- Are you using OpenMultiboot? Wich image are you running this side?
- You have tried to update image when was running in OpenMultiboot?

Can you please test, by reflashing only with this file, and see it fixs ... the booting.
Proceed as a normal "flashing process".
1) Unpack the zip attached file to a folder on your PC.
2) Copy the vuplus folder to the "root" of your USB pen drive.
3) Turn off your DUO2 ... disconect all USB devices ... and insert the one that contains the files, on the the front USB SLOT.
4) Turn on your DUO2 ... and Press the power button on the front door...
This is a quick process ...
Try it and reply.
