Hi, I am using a Duo2 with 4 Dvb-C tuner and cannot receive any channels.
Please help

Can you please run this command via telnet and publish here the output?

Before I receive your advice, I had an idea and did a full installation of the previous image v1.0.009 and it works fine.

As per your advice, I did an upgrade on-line to the latest version and to my surprise, is working fine too. I guess all of you Masters much have done the rectification already.

It happens again, all the channels is blank. I don’t understand why this is happening as I did not do any upgrade.

Hi Nunigaia, as per your advice, I use Putty to input the above listed command in Telnet. But nothing happens, I tried with other possibility in the command but still no avail (pls see attached).

I will do a downgrade to version 1.0.009.

Hope this issue will be solve on the next upgrade.

try these in telnet (1 at a time)

Hi Ev0, thanks very much for the quick reply and advice!

I had already downgrade to v.1.0.009 and is working fine.

As per your advice, I typed each of the commands one at a time and waited for a couple of minutes to see if there is any respond but nothing happen. Please see attached.

Yes you won't get a response in telnet, but I was interested to see if you would get pictures on your tv screen after typing the commands.

Hi EvO, let me recall, I think on typing the 3rd command, I felt I had to turn-on my Duo2 and so I did. But initially it could not turn-on, I guess it’s on my 3rd depressed on the On/Off button of the remote, then I succeed. After its turn-on, all channels is working fine.

Please let me know if there is anything else you want me to do, I will be most happy to assist.

You should be able to upgrade from 1.0.009 to 1.0.014 and not have any issue's now anyway

Hi EvO, that’s great, thanks very much!

I notice the font in timer list has already been change to much bigger now, awesome!

But other plugin such as Dream Explorer’s font size is still very small, is there any way that I can change them myself?

Hi, my receiver was working fine until a week or so ago and I noticed the audio sound stopped but when I rebooted all was fine, today the same happened...rebooted all ok, so I decided perhaps my box needed an online update....sound woks ok so far (couple of hours) BUT.....I too am now experiencing unable to view channels via my cable tuner which was working fine before the update....I have re-flashed using download on page 1 of this thread...still nothing, updated as above resposes suggest... still no go, tried updating via online update...again nothing.

Can someone please help?

i all ready posted new tread buy i updated from 1.0..09 to 1.0.14 and stuck on boot screen any ideas had flash back 1.0.09 to get working again
