Yo will need to find older versions from the developers.
I have no idea what new changes affect your receiver, or satellite setup, as most are just to fix problems and update drivers.
Open Blackhole 4.1 was the first new Open Black Hole, following on from version 1.0, and included updates suck as Kodi v 17.6, and new drivers, for the 4K models.
Can you please explain the problems, you are experiencing, with this version?

In older versions the percentage of translations into other languages are made sometimes better and the interface is decorated differently. Well, that project is developing.

afther update from 4.1.0.13 to 14 in timers you can't delete or stop timers

Is not that you can't delete: is not shown the text near the coloured buttons. But they work anyway.
So, red to delete, yellow to disable, blu to clean (if you have the option enabled) and so on. If you had simply tried the buttons, you would have find out

Probably need to change the hdmi colorspace as the latest drivers changed something for HDR/HLG
