I've already done...
And i can confirm the previously mentioned problem that my CAM is not working after the update...although this is a different CAM...Mine is for My-HD CAM....
It was working on the previous version version 18 that i've downloaded from here. And is working on the latest open ATV
Please FIX....As the open BH is the best image ever built for Vu+

Driver Issue
I installed open blackhole in boot and blackhole in HDD using openmultiboot, image works in multiboot but wifi driver goes crupted, in network tab it show as unidentified wifi device and thus unable to scan network! is it a know issue? how to fix it? I think we need drivers update for duo4k.

This comment is not my, but I have to turn it on because my CI module works properly BH 3.0.9 C (VU Duo4K), and not on OBH (Muliboot).
Otherwise my PayTv that CI module does so and names "CI + CAM"

Yes, OBH 4.3 installed on Mulitiboot and gave up testing, because I don't have a hobby time.
