the db figure is determined by the amount of signal you have

Why it's meaning less anyway.

It's just a figure that is calculated from the signal received.

If you want true db readings, then you need to use a sat meter not a sat receiver.

Which ones because Startup to Standby is ok for me, as is Weather plugin, Weather MSN and Youtube also work fine for me.

The only 1 with an issue is XtraEvent v3.3, but you are using the wrong skin to make use of that anyway ?

If you really want that plugin, the you will need to wait for @Matrix10 to fix it as he modified it to work with OpenBh.
