OpenBh 5.6 Now Available

Hello dear all, I have faced an issue with changing default OBH image skin for BlackShadowSE_P skin from OBH feed. What could be a solution for image skin change? Many thanks in advance

Don't use old skins, is the simple solution.

@Matrix10 hasn't been around to update the older skins.

What is the issue you are having?

I just installed BlackShadowSE_P to see if it was a simple issue to fix, but it seems to work fine for me.
 
About CrossEPG, which was useful mainly because of ALIAS capability, I deleted the folder as suggested and used it, but many channels EPG are not populated. So I tried the alias script with my configuration and it seem not to be launched: is there any incompatibility with the new image, too?
I had actually abandoned CrossEPG since the first of OBH 5.x images, because it was not totally compatible to them.
Now I'd like to use it at its full potential, by using ALIAS: knowing how the new image is coded, is it possible, in your opinion?

I've not used Alias for about 10 years as i've not had a need too.

AFAIK nothing has changed with regards to that, as very little (if anything) has been updated in crossepg, other than to get it to run in python3.

Hello, I couldn't change original OBH 5.6 image skin for BlackShadowSE_P from OBH image feed. I downloaded BlackShadowSE_P skin and after restarting GUI or rebooting my Vu+Zero receiver original OBH 5.6 image skin has left on it.
How did you install BlackShadowSE_P instead of original OBH 5.6 image skin? Could you please provide me with some detailed steps please?

I downloaded the BlackShodowSE_P skin from the addons server.

Then went to menu - setup - user interface - skin selection and selected BlackShadowSE P
