OpenBH backup error

OpenBH 5.0.007 VU+Zero 4K
Since I set everything up I wanted to do a backup.
But an error occurred, what could be the problem?
Usb is mounted on / media / hdd /
Exists on usb folder / media / hdd / imagebaackups /it contains three folders:
openbh-vuzero4k-release-5.0.007-20220103_051554
this one has folders vuplus / zero4k / which is empty
openbh-vuzero4k-release-mount/
root / all files are located here
openbh-vuzero4k-release-temp
here are two files vmlinux and rootfs.tar

It means that the backup process did not complete successfully, otherwise you'd see only a zip file and no folders.
Those folders are created during the backup process and are temporary.
So, delete them and try again.
Is it your image, perhaps, installed in OMB instead of flash? Because in the past, sometimes (only sometimes) this might produce errors like yours.

If It is not a priority to have it in OMB, it'd be preferable to install in flash. But, any way, it is worth another try to perform the backup from OMB. I had some troubles, in the past, particularly with 4.4 (not always, though) but much less with 5.0.

When the image is in flash, then a backup can be made.
That's what I did and then installed the same image on USB via openmultiboot.
