Playback keys doesn't work on remote control

Hello,

it was possible in the earlier image versions to use the digits on the remote control also to forward (3,6,9) or rewind (1,4,7) the movies.
Is there any setting to activate this feature again or it does not exist anymore? currently the digits just jump to selected channel nr in the list and the own playback keys do nothing.
(device vu+ uno 4k)

menu - setup - user interface - settings - Enable VOD skip buttons switch to yes and save.
