Plugin .ipk don't install

Hi Friends,
I'm with version 5.6.002 OpenBh.
I install a Plugin with .ipk file but not appear in panel like a others.
In the /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions the files are there.
Any help?
 
I put the file .ipk in the /tmp after this in the receiver go to install package ipk.
He run install and reboot enigma2.
But not appear in the panel like others plugins/addons, that is the problem.

Yes is compatible and the file are ok.
I instaled one time.
But i desinstall manualy, in the receiver not have this opcion.
Could that be the reason, and how do we solve it now? It's a enigma, i think. hehe.
