Plugin multistalker doesn't work on the new openblackhole 5.5.1.016

I have upgraded my openblackhole but the Plugin multistalker has not shown in the Plugins list what's the problem
 
Under which heading can I find the update history and what has changed with a new version?
I had problems with image and sound in version 5.5.1.011 and have now reinstalled to 5.5.1.016 and now it works again.
