Python3 has released 3.10.1 which is more stable. After a small test, it is very stable and smooth. Python 3.9.9 has a completely immature version of my test. Other developers have tested it for nearly a year. The firmware is still experiencing serious problems and completely unstable. openbh5.0 belongs to the advanced test firmware, I suggest to upgrade directly to python3.10.1, don't waste unnecessary effort in python3.9.9, this is just my own suggestion, if you offend the master, please forgive me.
