The screen has frozen on the Restart menu.

Someone pressed a button on the VU+ Uno 4K SE remote control.
Now the screen is stuck on the Standby/Restart menu.
Resetting it doesn’t help, not even unplugging it from the socket.
After restarting, everything works normally, but after 1–2 seconds it returns to the same menu.
There’s nothing I can do; I can’t exit the menu using the remote.
I can’t change the channel, only via other apps. How can I fix this?
I took the batteries out of the remote control, just in case something was stuck in there.

Problem solved. The issue was a stuck button on the remote control, which was constantly sending a signal (I don’t know which button was pressed), overloading the sensor (on the front of the receiver) so that it kept behaving as if the button were pressed.

Switching the receiver off for 20–30 minutes by completely disconnecting it from the mains (unplugging the cable from the socket) cleared the capacitors and reset the sensor.
