The TV picture freezes when another channel starts recording

I have now received a response from the store and they wanted me to test with the original firmware.
Could it be due to the OpenBh version?
Should I test with a different version?
Is it possible to upgrade 5.3 to 5.4 in the box?
 
Yes you can do that.

If you install 5.4 into Multiboot then it will be a clean install anyway, I would not recommend a settings restore until after you have confirmed it works (or nothing changed).

Now installing.
There was softcam from a menu in OpenBh that could be installed directly.
Worked perfectly for 5.3.
Can't find that menu.
Where is it?

EDIT: I finally found it.
Let's see if the same softcam works that I chose for 5.3

I think the reason it doesn't work is because softcam isn't installed.
When I select and press OK, a text quickly scrolls past and then I get back to the menu where it says..

Could there have been an error with the download?

Blackhole 3.1 works, softcam 2.3.8 installation ipk.
Signal strength higher than for OpenBh 5.0 – 5.4

OpenBh 4.4 works, softcam 2.3.8
Signal strength higher than for OpenBh 5.0 – 5.4

OpenBh 5.0, 5.3, 5.4 does not work. softcam 2.3.9
There are disturbances when starting recording.

Could it be because of softcam?
I can't get any oscams to work.

Saw that... OpenBh 5.3 uses softcam 2.3.8
 
I have now read online and this error when watching a channel and recording another channel on the same muf, there will be interference.
Several people have written about this.
Apparently you have to have a microwave head Unicable LNB and set the tuner.
Is there no other solution to this known problem but do I have to buy a new LNB?
For example "Gigablue Ultra SCR-LNB 24 SCR - 2 Legacy".

Is it a bug in the software when it works with OpenBh 4.4
