Have you done all the software updates, to the latest version of Open Black Hole?
There is a telnet command, that you can use, to resolve this.
Login to the VU+ Control Centre, select the Telnet option, then when it's ready copy, and paste, the command, and hit enter twice:

opkg install --force-reinstall tzdata tzdata-core tzdata-europe

hi thank u for that could point me in the right direction were is the enter bution on the vu control center

The enter button is on your PC keyboard, also called the return key.

would it be possible to fix the time problem in the next up date thanks blaze

In OBH there's an easy way to sync, because you can choose also do to it by an NTP server.
Go to the same menu Setup/Time and choose
Sync time using --> NTP
instead of transponder time.
This is the most "safe" way. Otherwise you must take into account that the transponder time the image uses is usually the one from the 1st channel in the 1st bouquet.
By by OBH I got rid of any time issues just using NTP.

No, once that command has been sent, by telnet, to your receiver the time zone problem is fixed.

You don't need to change anything.
I'll try to give you a guide.
First, if you haven't already, download the VUCC, VU+ Control Centre:
https://www.vuplus-community.net/board/forums/vu-tools-settings.10/

Start up the VUCC.exe and you should get this screen:
VUCC.jpg

Just type in your receivers IP Address and click connect.
Once you are connected, to your receiver, select the Telnet option, top left.
Wait a few seconds, until it's finished loading, then copy, and paste, or type in the command I gave you earlier:

opkg install --force-reinstall tzdata tzdata-core tzdata-europe

Press enter, twice on your PC keyboard, and let it run.

Once finished go to your receivers menu, and restart your receiver.
Your time problem should now be solved.

Please post back with an update, or if you experience any problems.

What version of OBH do you have? Are you sure you have the last one 4.3.024?
What interval did you set for the time to be synchronized? Choose 30 min, the shortest one, and wait a bit.

"Hoping" he is an unfortunate win user. What if he uses Linux or MacOs? ;) The IT world is NOT, fortunately, only for the worst O.S! :)
