Unicable completely useless.

Recording a channel and watching another channel on the same transponder does not work.
Am I the only one who has this error?
Is there anyone who can try recording a channel and then watching another one that is on the same transponder?
I will soon give up and get something else.

If you have tried recording a channel with the same frequency and polarization as the one you are watching and it works perfectly.
If so, which microwave head does it use.
Can you tell me which channel you tested on?
I have set up unicable according to your instructions.
Could it be due to softcam?
.

You can download many cams, from the pugins.

I asked you at the beginning, to test your receiver, and virtual tuners, on FTA channels, as this would have pointed to the real problem.
You must now check which Cam works best with your card, I suspect that you might have to change to Oscam.

Yes, that's right.
CCcam, the one in openBh works for conax but what should I choose.
I've been sitting and reading and trying to understand how to use other softcams.
I've been getting several different offers on how to create my files but I don't know what works with conax for Allente.
I need help with the different description files here if I'm going to move forward.
When I choose Oscam in OpenBh, I also need the description files?

Contact whoever provided the card, as they probably can give you the required information, and tell you which version of Oscam works best.

They are not particularly helpful, they want you to have their own receiver and paired cards that are locked to that receiver.
There should be someone with the knowledge on this forum who can help me.

Try the latest version of Oscam.
You usually create any files on your PC, using Notepad ++.
Installing Oscam shouldn't affect your CCcam, you can install many cams, and select which one to use by pressing the Blue button, on your remote control.

Using a program, like Filezilla, on your PC you can access your VU+ files and you should be able to copy any files currently in CCcam.

It's an experiment with all the settings in files that are to be created and copied to be downloaded with oscam.
Getting this to work on the first try is probably completely impossible.

sci0 is a binary format, it is not readable like a regular text file.

Then how did you install it on your VU+?
Do you mean sci0 is a binary code file, as Binary just means a base of 2, thus a series of 0's and 1's.

Did you download a prebuilt CCcam .ipk file, and install it on your VU+?

I used cccam which is ready in Openbh.
It works but if it doesn't work as I said before with recording and watching another channel on the same frequency then maybe another softcam will solve the problem.
